The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to Las Vegas, NV with the UFC 306: Sean O’Malley vs. Merab Dvalishvili fight card aka Riyadh Season Noche taking place at the UFC Sphere Arena.

In the main event, reigning US bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley defends his title against Georgian-American Merab Dvalishvili. In the co-main event, reigning women’s flyweight champion Alexa Grasso of Mexico defends her title in a trilogy fight against former champion Valentina Shevchenko of Kyrgyzstan.
O’Malley is confident that Dvalishvili will walk inside the Octagon for UFC 306 on September 14. In fact, he has no doubt about it.
“That boy would show up with a broken arm,” Sean O’Malley said. “I’m not worried about him getting pulled over. It’s a commission kind of thing.”
O’Malley won the 135-pound championship last August at UFC 292 by defeating Dvalishvili’s teammate Alzamine Sterling. He successfully defended the belt at UFC 299 in March, avenging an earlier loss to Marlon Vera in one-sided fashion. Dvalishvili is riding a 10-fight win streak and hasn’t lost since 2018.
Also on the card, USA’s Brian Ortega takes on Brazil’s Diego Lopes at featherweight. Mexican Raul Rosas Jr. takes on China’s Aori Kileng in the bantamweight bout. Also, Mexico’s Irene Aldana meets Brazilian Norma Dumont in women’s bantamweight.
